Cervical Facet Joint Radiofrequency Neurotomy (RFN)A 56 year old man presents with chronic severe headaches. Controlled medial branch blocks took his head pain from a pain score of 5/10 down to 0/10.

The treatment phase involving radiofrequency neurotomy of his C2/3 and C3/4 facet joints is presented.

At post-operative review his headaches have gone.
